Team Dame Rockstar Alert! Nikki has been busy preparing, interviewing and training to become VoMor’s newest educator. She has officially accepted the position and has begun traveling to educate in salons all across the US. We are so proud of Nikki and this huge accomplishment. I recently traveled to Florida for The Salon People’s Business Academy and it was fantastic. There were many takeaways but meeting Van Council of Van Michael Salon was definitely the highlight. I have been driven and encouraged by Van and his career since the first time I heard him speak 3 years ago. I have traveled to Atlanta to tour and experience his flagship salon in Buckhead, adapted systems he swears by and am constantly motivated by his courage to blaze his own trail. I am grateful to have a kind, straight-shooting, badass, hard-working rockstar role model.
