If you miss your appointment and provide less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service cost.
If you do not provide any notice prior to missing your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service cost.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment and provide more than 24 hours’ notice, you will not be charged.
EXTENSION CANCELLATION POLICY
All extension hair is custom ordered for our guests upon booking and is non refundable.

Dame Salon has some really great stylists!!! I’ve worked with Ingrid, Andi, and Kayla and had fantastic results each time. Always make me feel like it’s just friends chatting and enjoying some quality self care time. Plus the women are so talented, I always leave feeling like a new woman. Andi was particularly helpful and understanding when I was hesitant about shaving the sides of my head, but we ended up going with it, AND I AM SO HAPPY we did. Kayla is also a rockstar and I was so sad to hear she was leaving the salon. The only problem I've ever had was remembering to book appointments ahead of time as they book up fast!

Malia did a fantastic job! I have always had a wonderful experience at Dame salon. I have naturally curly hair and have had difficulty in the past finding someone who knows how to tame it. I would highly recommend Dame salon to anyone, everyone is so friendly and kind.

Carolina is amazing! Her care and attention to detail is unmatched! I’ve had lots of pedicures in my life, and with spending most of my day on my feet; no one makes me relax quicker than Carolina! Her massage is the perfect amount of pressure to make me stop, close my eyes and just melt into the chair! I absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for instant relaxation!

I absolutely adore this salon! Nicole has been doing my hair for a few years now and she is the sweetest and most caring person. The customer service is out of this world and they really take their time to make sure their clients are happy! Would definitely suggest this salon!

Went to Dame Salon for the first time today. Very friendly staff. I went to Meagan after reading some really good reviews about her and was not disappointed. She took her time with me discussing what I wanted to do with my hair. Gave me excellent advice and I immediately felt I could trust her. The owner, Maggie also came over to give advice making me feel like they really care. I had color and cut done. I love, love the end results. Booked an appointment right away for my next visit.

I love Dame!!! They are always so welcoming and accommodating. The ladies make an effort to get to know you and they always make the experience very enjoyable and relaxing. I recently had my nails done, and just love Maria, and I will be back shortly for another service. I would highly recommend Dame for all your salon and spa needs.

I found my new hair salon! All I have to say is WOW!!! I am very impressed with the entire experience. I got lucky and was able to book the day before since someone canceled their appointment. Thank you to who ever canceled lol anyway they start off with a wonderful aromatherapy and neck/shoulder massage…much needed since I work on my computer 8-10 hrs a day. Next they wash your hair and even give a hand massage. Literally had me so relaxed. My stylist was Lexi E and she was amazing. She was very attentive and helpful in getting me the exact look I wanted. I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking to get top quality services. I’m all booked up for my next visit. I highly recommend Dame Salon to everybody and anybody that will listen! Professional services and stylists, inviting and trendy space, personalized appointments that never disappoint, and always the best part of my day when I am scheduled for services with Alyson! My stylist has become one of my favorite people to go visit and spend time with. She has been the single most effective hairdresser I’ve ever had the pleasure to be serviced by. An incredible listener and obviously passionate about her work, Alyson is an intentional stylist with an approachable and warm persona that makes it easy to get the results you’re looking for with your hair, color, wax and/or extensions! I absolutely love her and all the ladies at Dame.

Megan C! Amazing person! She has an amazing personality! I have only been to her once and she has helped me so much!
My story: I have been trying to grow my hair out for YEARS!!! I have been to numerous hair stylists and none of them could help me, they would tell me to buy this expensive hair product and it never worked.
Megan recommended a few products and a few SIMPLE things I could do at home to help and on day 2 of doing that I could see a difference! I am beyond grateful for her and can’t wait to have another appointment with her!

I used to go to the the owner Maggie Dame for a few years and followed her over when she opened her own salon. Then, I had lost my job a year and half ago and had to cancel some appointments and was unable to get back in with her. I wish I never would have done that because I have been trying to find a good hair stylist since. All I had to say was “do whatever you think I trust you”. Never had a bad cut or color from her.

Dame is awesome! I love it there. Ingrid is so professional, nice and great at what she does! I had a root touch up, highlights and extensions and it turned out amazing. People can’t believe I have extensions, they look so good. I will definitely be going to Dame for all my hair needs from now on! And everyone there was very friendly and talkative! Deserves 5 stars for sure!

Andi is great with color, eyebrows. I won't let anyone else touch my eyebrows. I drive an hour to have my hair and eyebrows done. She always listens to what I am looking for and makes good recommendations for what best to keep my hair looking good and healthy. She also teaches me why and how the products work.

This place has the most excellent service, my coffee was delicious and my hair looks a lot healthier than it did before. This is over all the best experience I’ve had with any salon. It is expensive but it is well worth the price, I would definitely come back.

My mother is currently going through some health issues and wanted to cut her hair short to make it more manageable. She was extremely nervous to say the least. (I ended up going with her for moral support, but it turns out she didn't need me. 😂) Dame Salon went above and beyond to make her feel at ease and comfortable. I cannot THANK YOU enough Alyson and Maggie for all your love! ❤ She absolutely LOVES it!

Went in for a complicated color transition from blonde to natural for long hair. Holli did an amazing job. It turned out better than I could have imagined and I am so happy! She matched the color perfectly and styled it for me. If you are in need of color see Holli! Great personality also 🙂 I felt spoiled.

I have been to DAME numerous times for both hair and nails and the experience is always wonderful! The salon is such a unique space that by simply walking in, I feel instantly relaxed. They always offer drinks while waiting for and during services. I have had my hair cut and styled as well as received my first ever dip manicure here and not only was I completely satisfied with how I looked, but the stylists there are such amazing people. Even those that weren't working on me still joined in on conversations and were truly a pleasure to be around. Money has been a little tight during COVID, but I cannot wait to go back to treat myself and get pampered very soon. Time for another dip!! Can't wait to try another zany color. 🙂

This review is for any future brides wanting to get their hair/makeup done here.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Dame Salon. Getting my hair and makeup done was the thing I was looking forward to the most. Starting off with the makeup, it was not what I was expecting. In fact, I had to go home and wash off my eye makeup. My stylist Holli, was very kind and kept asking if there’s anything else she could do, but the makeup was so far gone that at that point I knew I had to fix it on my own at home hours before my wedding. I’m so glad I did, because I got a ton of compliments on my eye makeup!
Next, with the hair. I was very impressed and happy that she did a good job on my hair, I really did love it. But as my day went on, my hair turned straight (I got soft curls) and it had the biggest knots, like birds nests on my hair everywhere!! When it came time to my reception I was so embarrassed because all my hair was messy and in tangles. I felt suuuuper uncomfortable that as soon as I got home I got in the shower.
I won’t be recommending this salon to several of my friends that have upcoming weddings! Because I really hope they don’t have my same experience.
I did want to say, I did not get a trial done, but honestly it wouldn’t had made a difference.
I wish I would’ve saved my money and done my own makeup and hair at home!!

I had a great time at this salon. The atmosphere is wonderful, as is the staff. Coming in I had relatively dark brown hair that I wanted to add blonde to, I was thinking some sort of highlight balayage combination. That being said, when I sat down in my chair my stylist informed me that it would take up to 4 appointments to achieve the look I wanted because my hair is so dark. I understood that, seeing as I didn’t want to fry my hair off. I told her that was fine, but I still would like to try to add blonde into my hair. Didn’t have to be as much, but I still wanted a fun change. My stylist asked another stylist for her opinion, and she said I would be lucky if I would be able to get copper blonde. I proceeded regardless, especially after they showed me a picture of the darker blonde that would be the best result, which I would’ve been fine with. I left the salon with essentially caramel highlights. If they are blonde, which they don’t look, they are very dark blonde. Safe to say I’m a little disappointed that I didn’t receive anything close to what I asked for, especially for the price I paid.

I absolutely LOVE this salon. Today was my first time there as I just moved to the area in March. From the moment I walked in, the woman who greeted me was so professional and upbeat, I instantly felt comfortable and welcomed! I had a manicure done by Mandy and I can’t tell you how amazing she is! I have an upcoming(much needed) hair appt with Ingrid in a couple weeks and I am just as excited for that! Up next, lash lift! So happy I found this place based on multiple different recommendations!! You ladies are fantastic!

Dame Salon is by far the best salon I've been to! I spent a long time going to different salons, but Dame's atmosphere, stylists/staff, and quality are unbeatable. Haley makes my appointments so relaxing, has incredible knowledge, and has made me feel like family since day one. The way all the stylists interact with their clients AND each other shows how professional and fun loving they are. I highly recommend these awesome ladies, and look forward to my next appointment!

In need of some fresh color and a haircut. First time at Dame but I will definitely be going back. Holly was AMAZING!! She had an excellent consult with me about color, length, expectations, and even budget. Was beyond impressed with the atmosphere but most of all, beyond happy and impressed with the end result. Beautiful color, cut, and style. It’s also very clear Holly has a true passion for what she does-it shows!!

Always a great experience with Lana at Dame salon! They give you a scalp massage, a hand massage while your conditioner soaks in, and even offer a make up touch up before you leave! Plus their website has a coupon that basically makes the haircut half price for your first visit!! (And any other first time you use any service there!!)

I’ve been to a lot of aveda salons in the past. I am so glad I live close to Dame because this is the best one I’ve been too. There is always a happy vibe every time I go there. I get my haircut done by Hailey and she always knows what to do and what will look best. It might be higher priced than other salons but it’s worth it. You get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

My experience at Dame was amazing. I can honestly say it was probably the best experience I’ve had at a hair salon. Ingrid was incredible & I love my cut. Their products are of great quality and their service is unmatchable. I’m happy to have my go-to salon. Highly recommend!
