What are Dame Salon Spa’s values and how did you define them? Great question!
In 2020 there was disruption and toxicity in our world, the beauty industry and yes, in our salon too. We looked into the uncomfortable mirror and decided to let go of our old ways.
Through hard work and lots of ups and downs, together we defined our purpose, our values, and most importantly, how we promise to treat each other every day. It wasn’t easy. It was worth it.
Our 4 values are HEART, TEAM, COMMUNICATION AND DEDICATION. For us this is what those words mean:
HEART: We are hype girls.
TEAM: No man left behind.
COMMUNICATION: We deliver the mail to the right address.
DEDICATION: We show up.
We are proud of our commitment to our culture and look forward to sharing the Dame Difference with you.
