WHAT IS  DAYMAKING AND WHERE DID IT ORIGINATE?

At DAME, we are inspired by David Wagner’s work and share in his vision to do small things with great love. Every day we are motivated to be DAYMAKER’S to our guests and to one another.

Who is David Wagner? The founder of JUUT SALONSPA, the original AVEDA salon, and author of “Life as a Daymaker: How to Change the World by Making Someone’s Day”. He created a movement when he coined the term DAYMAKER.

What is a Daymaker? In the words of David Wagner, it is “a person who performs intentional acts of kindness with the intention of making the world a better place”.
