In March of 2024, when asked what she wanted for her birthday, our incredible Carolina replied, “a meal with my girls.” That led to a beautiful evening at Bleu in De Pere where we celebrated our March Birthday girls. It was so special that the next month, we all wanted our own special dinner too. And just like that, Team Dame Birthday Dinners were born.
What started as a simple wish has turned into something much more…joyful evenings of eating, drinking, and laughing! We get to know each other as people, discover hot new restaurants and learn how to show up for one another in a social setting.
Each month, the birthday girls choose the restaurant and everyone who can join does. It’s a simple but meaningful way to connect and honor each other. These evenings create conversation and connection that goes deeper than the salon floor and remind us that we are more than coworkers, we’re a community.
